With China in the first Strait on the first lifting the overall success of fans, Shanghai East China Sea offshore wind farm project has become the “2009 China International Conference of wind power at shanghai,” one of the major highlights. “The owners of the project units, design units, construction units, equipment providers have indicated that they would visit the conference and delivered a speech, a comprehensive introduction to the project’s progress. Organizer will organize the East China Sea Bridge wind power projects tours.
“2009 China International offshore wind power and transmission of the General Assembly,” preparatory work has proceeded smoothly, so far, dozens of officials, entrepreneurs, experts and scholars to confirm a speech. The General Assembly will be held June 25-26 in Shanghai Regal International East Asia Hotel (Shanghai Hengshan Road, No. 516) held.
The General Assembly consists of policy, market, technology, investment and financing of education and five plates. Invited to attend the conference delegates and speakers from the energy sector, state and local governments, major power-invested enterprises, well-known wind power equipment and spare parts manufacturing companies, domestic and international research and advisory agencies, financial institutions, design, construction units, and other institutions of higher learning. The scale of the meeting is expected to reach 300.
Wind energy at sea is an international wind power development in the sea with the wind power technology is getting more mature, and has entered the large-scale development phase, Denmark and Britain have built a large-scale offshore wind farm.
China’s wind energy at sea is rich in resources, land-based wind energy resources is 3 times. By the end of 2007 China’s first offshore wind power project – 100,000 kilowatts of Shanghai Donghai Bridge offshore wind farm has been started; other coastal provinces were also carried out the early stage of offshore wind farm work. Ministry of Science and Technology of wind energy technology will be at sea as “Eleventh Five-Year” national scientific and technological support to the project plan.
The purpose of this event is in conjunction with the World and China’s maritime wind power and status of long-term development of the industry to discuss and display the relevant laws and regulations, policies, technologies and products.
The size of the General Assembly is expected around 200 people, the main topics include: China’s prospects for offshore wind power development, policies and markets, the provinces of wind power development planning, offshore wind farm development, operations and investment and financing, and offshore wind farm and power system transmission, wind and inclement weather to deal with, the design of sea fans, electrical and control systems.
Organizers will invite government officials and authoritative introduction of China’s offshore wind power development planning and related policies, markets, resources, and foreign experts will be invited to overseas development planning, process, policy and experience.
