New York Stock Exchange has signed a contract to buy 28 million kwh of green power, equivalent to exchange one year’s electricity consumption.
Constellation Energy announced that its subsidiary, Constellation NewEnergy, Inc 100% wind generators will provide the renewable energy certificate (RECs).
RECs, is defined through the zero-emissions-certified wind power facilities green energy production. Related financial terms were not disclosed. New York Stock Exchange signed for 2 years RECs purchase contract will bring 27 million pounds of carbon dioxide emission reductions.
Contract by the Constellation NewEnergy and the New York Stock Exchange signed, energy consulting firm Co-eXprise their support.
