March 2, 2010, Shenyang Polytechnic University and China Huadian Group signed a strategic cooperation agreement in order to Shenyang Industry University proprietary technology-based wind power, wind power to conduct a comprehensive co-operation over the field.
Contents of cooperation including the establishment of wind energy research institute, the establishment of wind generator technology research and development center, wind turbines engineering research center, to declare the national wind power technology research and development center. Relying on China Huadian Group’s market advantage and Shenyang Industrial University of talent advantage, tracking the direction of a new international energy development, combined with China’s energy development needs, to promote the pace of offshore wind power generation product development, explore solar, tidal energy, biomass energy and other aspects of cooperation in energy research and development of advanced technologies.
